Reaching the venue

By air — IGI Airport (DEL)

≈ 18 km · 45–60 min by cab

  • Terminal 3 handles most domestic and all international arrivals. Use the pre-paid taxi counters or app-based cabs (Uber/Ola) at the arrivals kerb.
  • Aerospeed/DMRC airport express is an alternative: Airport Express to Central Secretariat, then Violet Line to Nehru Place.

By metro — Nehru Place station

≈ 400 m · 5-min walk

  • The Violet Line stops at Nehru Place, right in the district centre. Kalkaji Mandir (Violet/Magenta interchange) is one stop away.
  • Delhi Metro runs 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM; smart cards and UPI are accepted at the gates.

By rail — two main stations

Nizamuddin ≈ 8 km · New Delhi ≈ 15 km · 20–40 min by cab

  • Hazrat Nizamuddin serves most southern/central trains and is the closer of the two.
  • New Delhi Station (Paharganj/Ajmeri Gate) connects to the Airport Express and Yellow metro lines if you prefer the metro.

By road

Off Outer Ring Road · Valet + on-site parking

  • The hotel sits inside the Nehru Place district centre, minutes from the Modi Mill and Nehru Place flyovers.
  • App-based cabs are easy to book from the hotel porch. Valet parking is available for those driving in.

Late-October weather

Pleasant and dry — roughly 22–33 °C with mild evenings. A light layer for the air-conditioned halls is enough.

Registration desk

Badge and material pickup opens 8:00 AM on Day 1, 24 October. Carry a photo ID; certificates are issued at the close of Day 2.

Connectivity

Complimentary conference Wi-Fi in all session halls; Indian SIM/eSIM desks are in the hotel lobby and at the airport.

Payments

Cards, UPI and cash are accepted across the hotel and neighbourhood. The symposium store and registration desk accept UPI.

International delegates

Most nationalities qualify for the Indian e-Visa (apply online ~1–2 weeks ahead). A letter of invitation is available from the secretariat on request.
